The EXPOLINK Consortium formed by ALSTOM Transport SA, Acciona Infraestructuras S.A. and Gulermak, entered into a Design & Build Contract with the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai for the execution of the Route 2020 Metro Project in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
Alstom Transport SA, has awarded REMCON Electrical Co. as the Subcontractor with proven experience in Electrical Equipment Installation and Operation and certified being a professional who is reputed for the quality of its Installations and its capacity to perform accordance to client requirements.
The scope covers the installation works of all electrical equipment’s of a Traction Power Substations for the Route 2020 section going from existing Redline to Expo 2020 Station (4 nos. of Ground Level Station, 3 Nos. of Elevated Metro Station and 2 Nos. of Underground Metro Stations.
All Electrical Installation Modifications/Enhancements on the existing Red and Green Line stations such as PCR to TPS (2 Legacy Stations) and BRU to HESOP Works (5 Legacy Stations). Which includes Road Closure Works of the major streets of Dubai, necessary lifting operation and installation of equipment’s during engineering hours and working in live substation equipment’s to accommodate the client requirements.
Modification and necessary Installation to cater the required Upgrades at 3 Nos. of DEPOTS for the UPS, Battery Systems, Automatic Fare Collection System, OCC and local control Systems.
